As a pelvic floor specialist with over 19 years of experience, my passion is guiding you towards simple, yet effective exercises and strategies to transform your pelvic health so you can live life to the fullest.

 

Your body is unique, with its own strengths and limitations. My approach is to build you a CUSTOM exercise plan that matches your individual needs to get you to your fitness goals faster.

 

And we work together to ensure this plan isn't overwhelming and can fit comfortably into your busy schedule.

Whether you're trying to improve your bladder control, safely return to exercise after baby, protect your pelvic floor, or jumpstart your core and pelvic floor fitness plan, my aim is to help you reach your goals, and put YOU in the drivers seat of your own pelvic health.
