Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the gift card good for?
Your gift never expires, which means it can be redeemed whenever the recipient is ready.
What exactly am I purchasing?
Access to a licensed pelvic physical therapist via telehealth. We offer both traditional physical therapy services and wellness services:
Traditional physical therapy is for you if you have pain, an injury, or illness that prevents you from doing what you need to do. Examples include: back pain, bladder leakage, urgency and/or frequency, pain with pregnancy, leakage after prostate surgery, etc.
Wellness services are for you if you are without a serious current condition, but would like guidance on how to get more fit and prevent injury. For example, learning safe core and pelvic floor strengthening exercises following birth, or learning how to get started with a well-rounded fitness program, including restoring core strength.

How are gift cards redeemed?
Schedule an appointment: click here to schedule your desired service, or use any scheduling link found on our website at mypelvictherapy.com. Or if you prefer, you can schedule over the phone by calling us at 224-255-7678.
Use the correct email: when you sign up for a session with us, be sure to use the same email address where you received your e-Gift Card. We will then be able to automatically deduct the e-Gift Card amount from your purchase when we approve your request for your appointment. That's it!
Where do sessions take place?
Online! All sessions are conducted via a secure video service. No need to leave the comfort and safety of your home.
Can anyone use the e-Gift Card?
The recipient of therapy can be anyone over the age of 18. You can even purchase a gift card for yourself! Just remember, the person receiving therapy must physically be in either Illinois, California, Colorado or Florida at the time of the therapy session, as these are the states in which we are currently able to provide physical therapy and wellness services.
Is there an age or skill requirement for sessions?
Wellness sessions can be gifted to anyone over the age of 18. Traditional physical therapy sessions can be gifted to anyone between the ages of 18 and 64, due to Medicare restrictions. Either way, no prior experience with therapy is needed!
What if I still have questions?
