Thank you to all those who stopped by to visit us at the Oak Park River Forest Health & Wellness Fair on Sunday April 23rd! Lactation Consultant Jennie Meyer from 4th Trimester Baby and I had a great time chatting with so many people about breastfeeding support and pelvic floor and core strength after baby.
We made a lot of new friends, including many other healthcare providers. The Fair was packed with people sharing all different ways and paths to taking care of our bodies and our minds. If you couldn't make it this year, be sure to put it on your calendar for next year!

Angela is the owner of My Pelvic Therapy, PLLC and a licensed physical therapist. Prior to starting her telehealth private practice, she worked as a senior physical therapist for 17 years at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL, specializing in helping both women and men overcome their pelvic floor challenges. She received her physical therapy degree from Duke University, biology degree from University of Illinois, and is a lifelong learner of all things PT.

Mình để ý họ có đoạn nói về giấy phép với chứng chỉ bảo mật, đặt ngay trong phần giới thiệu nên nhìn phát thấy liền, khỏi phải kéo tìm vòng vòng. tylekeo.design bữa mình thấy mấy đứa bạn share nên ghé thử cho biết thôi. Mình không phải dân cá cược gì đâu, kiểu vào xem giao diện với cách họ viết có dễ hiểu không. Thấy họ làm phần “tỷ lệ kèo” khá rõ, đọc lướt cũng hiểu đại khái nó là con số thể hiện khả năng xảy ra của một tình huống trong trận, nên đỡ bị rối. Bài viết chia đoạn ngắn, không nhồi chữ, nhìn nhẹ mắt. Mình cũng thích cái cách họ để tiêu đề nổi bật, nên đang xem tới đâu là biết ngay đang ở phần nào, không phải kéo qua kéo lại để tìm. Nói chung lướt vài phút là nắm ý…
